The Firm assists associations, foundations, committees, benefit corporations, social enterprises, and so-called Third Sector Entities (ETS) during both formation and throughout their operations. Services include assistance with both ordinary and extraordinary activities—renewal of corporate bodies, statutory amendments, transformations, mergers, and demergers—as well as all formalities related to the newly established RUNTS (National Register of the Third Sector).
