The Firm

Crema Notary Firm, founded by Attorney Sandro Crema in 2001, is a center of professional excellence that serves and protects the public interest across multiple legal areas: real estate, agricultural, financial, corporate and non-profit law, inheritance, family law, and private international law. The Firm is unwavering in its commitment to quality, security, and innovation: every case is approached as a blank page, a musical score to be composed from scratch, in order to identify the best possible solution—not only from a legal standpoint, but also from a fiscal, social, and economic perspective—for a diverse clientele of private individuals, businesses, public institutions, and non-profit entities, both Italian and international.

The Firm’s approach is tailored and welcoming, much like that of a bespoke atelier: every client is personally followed by the Notary, both before and after the signing, who carefully crafts a “made-to-measure” solution based on the unique characteristics of the case and the client’s personal needs.

The Firm has a strong international orientation—unique in the area—developed over the years not only through the trust placed in it by foreign clients from both EU and non-EU countries, but also thanks to the Notary’s and the team’s solid knowledge of foreign languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, and Modern Greek. The firm offers comprehensive support for international clients’ notarial needs in the real estate and corporate fields, facilitating their access to the Italian market.

With extensive experience, the firm ensures fast, effective, and secure transaction management, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations, the efficiency of internal processes, and the optimization of timelines.

The Notary Firm includes a team of highly qualified and constantly trained professionals with specific backgrounds, including lawyers and architects. Every team member shares a deep passion for their work and an unwavering commitment to client care. All activities are carried out through highly digitalized systems, using online services for document retrieval and post-signing obligations. Each file is personally overseen by the Notary, supported by a dedicated team, both before and after the deed is executed.

The Firm is headquartered in the heart of Cossato, at Via G. Mazzini No. 37, the second most important municipality in the province of Biella in terms of population and economy. The Notary’s territorial competence extends across the entire region or Court of Appeal district in which the notary office is located. Therefore, upon request, the Notary may execute deeds in any municipality within the Piedmont Region.
