OF COUNSEL

Alessandro Libertà Crema was born in Milan on November 25, 1995. He earned a Master’s degree (M. Jur/J.D.) in Law from Bocconi University in Milan in 2019, graduating with honors (110 cum laude/110) with a thesis on the role of the risk committee in banking corporate governance, supervised by Professors Luigi Arturo Bianchi and Gaia Silvia Balp.

He expanded his academic training abroad as a visiting student with merit scholarship at King’s College London – The Dickson Poon School of Law in the 2017–2018 academic year.

Since 2022, he has been a practicing lawyer in Milan, having passed the bar exam held by the Milan Court of Appeal pursuant to the Ministerial Decree of November 11, 2021.

Since the 2022-2023 academic year he has also been serving as teaching assistant to Prof. Marco Saverio Spolidoro at the Faculty of Law of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, appointed as Fellow in the Chair of Corporate Law.

He has gained experience in civil, corporate, and private international law through his work with prominent national and international law firms in Milan. He supports the Firm in corporate and civil law consultancy and represents clients in legal proceedings involving legal guardianship, curatorship, and administration.

He is the author of publications in corporate law and financial markets law in leading law journals (Rivista delle Società) and economic newspapers (Il Sole 24 Ore). He currently holds—and has held—management positions in national and international non-profit organizations.

He speaks Italian, English, and French fluently.
