THE NOTARY

Sandro Massimo Crema was born in Biella on May 29, 1967. He earned his law degree (M. Jur/J.D.) in 1991 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, with a thesis in corporate criminal law on the criminal liability of corporations, supervised by Prof. Mario Romano.

He continued his studies at the Pontifical Lateran University of Rome, the University of Bologna, the Notarial School of Lombardy in Milan, and LUISS G. Carli University in Rome, where he deepened his expertise in canon and ecclesiastical law, notarial law, and international and EU law.

A former lawyer of the Biella Bar, he has been a Notary since May 15, 2001, after passing the national notarial examination announced on May 11, 1998. He received his early training at the office of Notary Antonio Maria Marocco in Turin, where he gained extensive experience in non-profit organizations, family business and generational handover, and extraordinary corporate transactions and generational business transfers for leading Italian and international companies.

He is the author of publications in leading law journals (Rivista del Notariato, Giurisprudenza Commerciale) on civil, ecclesiastical, and corporate law, frequently cited in academic literature.

He speaks Italian, English, French, and Modern Greek fluently.
